Millport is situated on the Isle of Cumbrae, on the Firth of Clyde in Scotland.
Access to the Island is by means of a ferry which runs from Largs. A bus meets every ferry which departs from Largs Pier every 15 minutes in the summer, and hourly in the winter. For full up to date timetable information please view the Caldonian MacBrayne website.

Largs is only 40 minutes from Glasgow International Airport (GLA). From Glasgow Airport you can drive easily to Largs, take a shuttle bus to Paisley Gilmour Street train station, where trains run direct to Largs, or book a Largs taxi for approximately £30. Glasgow Prestwick Airport (PIK) is just over an hour from Largs, and if travelling by train the station is beside the airport, all you need to do is change at Kilwinning for a direct train to Largs.
