Welcome to Millport and the Isles of Cumbrae...

NO DELAYS - NO ASH CLOUD PROBLEMS - NO PASSPORT REQUIRED - NO LANGUAGE BARRIERS - IT COULDN'T BE EASIER

In just over 60 minutes from Glasgow you could be forgetting about your worries and relaxing with a stroll along on one of the island's beaches; enjoying an ice cream on the prom; watching the bird and sea life or marvelling at the brilliant sunset over Arran.
Greater Cumbrae is Scotland's most accessible island, just a 10 minute ferry crossing from Largs on the Ayrshire coast with a ferry every 15 minutes in the summer and every 30 minutes in winter. There are train and bus services from the heart of Glasgow and if you come by car you can leave it at Largs or bring it on the ferry.

Having fun at Millport

So, whether you can spend just a day or a week or longer (you might even want to come and live here), we hope that you will find someting to excite you and that you will come and see why so many visitors leave and tell their friends that - "Millport is simply magic!"

As an introduction to the delights of Millport you can now read our new e-brochure online
